Information
Class at Capacity
Once class capacity of 15
participants is reached, the class will be frozen to
further registrants as soon as possible. If in the
rare occasion where a class is oversubscribed prior to
being removed from this site, these registrants will be
contacted within two business days and given the option
of either an immediate refund or being placed on a
waiting list for the class.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be
transferred to another colleague without charge. For a
refund, we must receive notification of cancellation in
writing no later than 21 days prior to the event.
Cancellations received within 21 days are subject to the
full registration fee and money will be held on account
for up to one year for use at a future seminar. There is
a $50.00 processing charge for all cancellations.
In the event ERC needs to
cancel a seminar due to low enrollment, we are not
responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants and
fees will be fully refunded. Although every attempt is
made to offer this program as announced, ERC reserves
the right to adjust instructors, location, dates, and
times to accommodate unanticipated needs.
